Reduce sentence for Daniel Clary

Reduce sentence for Daniel Clary
The Issue
Daniel Clary is a 22 year old man convicted of shooting at two Pennsylvania state troopers during a routine traffic stop in 2018. The police dashcam video shows Daniel was pulled over for speeding. Daniel Clary was cited for speeding and the trooper was leaving the scene when Clary waived for him to come back. Clary had more questions about the ticket, but as he spoke, prosecutors say the trooper suspected Clary was under the influence of marijuana. The first cop called for backup. They tested him for sobriety. The two officers searched him then used excessive force to arrest him. They tased him, and beat him down to the ground. As every black person in America would be, Daniel clary was scared for his life during this arrest. He managed to reach for his firearm in his car and shot at both officers. Witnessing how police have used their power to target black individuals in America, Daniel Clary used self defense to fight for his life. The cops were injured, and Daniel was sentenced a harsh 53 to 110 years in prison. We need his sentenced to be reduced as this was an act of self defense against police brutality.
