We, the undersigned deeded owners of Northgate, respectfully ask the Board to provide an open and transparent review process before adopting or implementing any revisions to the Northgate Rules and Regulations or any related summary version.

At this time, we do not have the proposed revised Rules and Regulations or any related summary version. This petition is not against reasonable updates. It is a request for notice, access to the proposed language, and a fair opportunity for owners to understand any changes before they are finalized.

What We Are Asking For
We respectfully ask the Board and management to:

Provide all owners with a copy of any proposed revised Rules and Regulations.
Provide all owners with a copy of any proposed summary version.
Confirm whether any final or binding Board vote has already occurred.
If no final vote has occurred, place the proposed revisions on the agenda for an open Board meeting before adoption or implementation.
Confirm that any change affecting the bylaws, master deed, owner rights, common-property use, fines, enforcement, or owner obligations will be handled according to Northgate’s governing documents and applicable New Jersey law.
