The NI Executive has proposed further lockdown restrictions that begin on the 27th November 2020. All non-essential businesses are set to close yet again - including gyms.

We cannot allow this to happen.

Gyms are a vital part of our society at the best of times - they are imperative for maintaining good mental and physical health.

We want gyms to be classed as essential services. They need to remain open during this time for the benefit of all. The science shows that they are not Covid-19 hotspots, and help to reduce the rates of Covid-19 co-morbidities.

We have to show Stormont we aren't happy with restrictions that are simply illogical and unjustifiable.
