North West Electronics / Bluebox To Provide A Fair Speed To Its Customers

The Issue

Living in a remote region, comes with expected communication issues. North West Electronics - otherwise known as Bluebox Broadband have been providing wireless broadband to regions where broadband is unavailable through traditional phone lines through the use of elevated wifi transmitters.

There have been many complaints regarding the speeds provided which are effected by the number of users online at any one time. More often than not, these speeds get so low, web pages will not load and businesses which are reliant on broadband are unable to function.

As broadband is unavailable from other providers, Bluebox has been very slack regarding this situation and has provided little support to its customers who suffer speed issues, and have provided little to no solutions on how to improve speeds.

They are known to not answer phones for technical support, widespread outages are commonplace and they provide no online presence to assist people with issues. The companies reviews, ratings and comments via many forums online reflect this.

In this day and age, £20 per month is not an acceptable price to pay for a broadband connection which rarely topples 0.4mb.

All we ask is the Bluebox provide an increased and fairer speed to its customers
