After the year we have had a little bit of joy for the kids by way of putting the christmas lights up will go a long way. Not just kids but adults and elderly aswell. They say they decided this before Covid 19 but this needs to change in light of Covid.  We need some festive cheer. It has been most likely the worst year any resident has had. And to ultimately cancel Christmas is not on. They have the lights there they only have to fit them and turn them on.  No big switch on, no gala days , no santa for kids so these are all saving money. So to use the term "we have decided in feb not to put christmas lights up to save costs" is shocking. Especially now when they have saved money throughout the year with all the cancelled events. Now more than ever we need some Christmas cheer
