Please support the banning of chaining dogs outside in the cold and heat. So many times they die from heatstroke or by freezing to death. The dogs get tangled up in the chain or get it wrap around a stump or other objects! There have been many dogs with embedded collars that are chained because the owners just go out there long enough to put food and water out and don’t even notice that the collar or chain around the neck has started cutting into the skin. This is not a good life for them. They are miserable with no companionship at all and they become unsocialized and aggressive! Please help to change the laws for these poor animals!
