The women in the local women shelter are being forgotten about and abused. They're faced with an environment that is literally killing them with black mold and no proper air filtration system. The doors are torn off of the bathroom and they are closed off most of the day from unsanitary conditions. The staff also refuses to let the residents sleep on 3rd shift. Their policy is to do bed check at 9:30 but it's always pushed back to 10-10:30, and then again at 2-3. They can't comprehend that the women have no where else to go and are resorting to sleeping on the streets and anywhere they can during the day. The staff steals the good meals provided and leave the residents with the bare minimum. They're also removing women from the system to hurt their progress and receiving new funding for the same people over and over again. Bring attention to the ones that need it and aren't able to protect themselves.
