Tewantin Noosa Heads Lions club have been parking cars in this park for over 20 years and funds raised from this are pushed out as a community service.

Recently council has wound back the parking and we now will not open on June and September school holidays, long weekends and public holidays.

Council is also considering stopping cars being parked in that park altogether.

15,000 cars are parked over a 12-month period and removing any or all parking from this park will push these cars into the already heavily congested streets of Noosa.
