A 2010 lawsuit against Judge Daniel J. Craig shows that Judge J. Randal Hall presided and the Georgia Attorney General's office represented Judge Craig. The lawsuit alleges racketeering where Judge Craig had $322k ($ 322,000.00) mysteriously taken from this man's retirement account and given to his ex-wife or soon to be ex-wife. The case 1:10-102 alleges other jaw-dropping chilling accusations. Of course, like most cases in Augusta, Georgia where the court system is being questioned- the judges cover each other and try to exhaust the plaintiff who often is pro SE (self represented) because lawyers don't typically sue other lawyers. After further research into Georgia Attorney General responses to other inmate complaints of abuse, the Georgia Attorney General office seems to consistently respond to victimized inmates that they have not exhausted their grievance process directly at their prison where the abuse by "officers" occurred. The insensitivity to the detailed description of the abuse of these prisoners from various different Georgia prisons reflected a reckless disregard for justice for prisoner rights.
In a nutshell, Georgia Attorney General Olens' most recent biography does not reflect any support of prison reform that I could see. His staff does not seem to feel obligated to do any more work than absolutely required. Unfortunately and sadly, the Georgia corruption of the State's criminal justice system seems to be coming from the top down. What does that mean? The Feds have to clean up the State of Georgia. The injustices are stockpiling. The corrupt cases are in plain writing with the typical same "two cents peanut gallery" ruling by typically the same names. It is clear as day.
The line between the law and the outlaw is blurred in Georgia right now in 2016. My focus is on Michael's release because the State has no proof of violence nor any lawful reason to be holding him for life without parole.
Michael is still waiting for the court's answer to his motion for reconsideration.
