Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens office received motion for reconsideration on 6/28/16. The courts say they received the motion on 7/5/16. However, the motions were mailed off the exact same day. Why the courts took an extra week to receive? I don't know. Perhaps, the reason why my overnight express package mailed to Michael C. Blocker while at Telfair State Prison took over a week to be presented to him is why the courts did not file the motion for a week later. The common denominator is the Richmond County court system. Mr. Blocker is no longer at Telfair State Prison. However, Mr. Blocker's Legal Mail at two different prisons experienced excessive delays for filing crucial legal documents supporting prosecutorial misconduct. Again, the common denominator is the Richmond County Georgia court system. Regardless, paperwork has been received, and "no answer" is better than the "wrong answer." We just need a hearing date in a different county/venue. We are waiting for a direct reply from the Georgia Attorney General Office. They have been aware of this developing situation since the beginning of 2016. Quite a few "balls" got dropped on their end; however, they have assigned an attorney to Mr. Blocker's case. This case is primed for the right attorney to finish for us. We have identified what seems to be the perfect one for this case. If no hearing date or release plan is presented by August 31, 2016 then we will begin the next phase. U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch has already been sent certified mail notifying her of the Georgia Attorney General Olen's missing input on our 2016 case file.
