Names are important. The Chinaman Trail #137 in the Coronado National Forest in Arizona is said to be named after the Chinese laborers who constructed it around the turn of the century. However, this possible "honoring" of the workers, is actually a deliberately racist and hateful slur against Chinese Americans.

No person should have to be reminded of the racial injustices of our past, nor should we let them slide into our present. Please rename this trail appropriately.
