PNK (They own the empty warehouse in Great Stream Commons) has applied for a Curative Amendment to the Gregg Township Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of the amendment is to allow data centers in the commercial manufacturing district (mainly Great Stream Commons).  They currently plan to open 4 data centers there, one of which is just a few hundred feet from homes. They would also be installing substations and high voltage electrical systems through the village.  There will be a public hearing on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Allenwood Social Hall, 188 White Deer Ave., Allenwood, PA. We MUST show up and let our township supervisors know that we do NOT want this amendment!  If you live within 10-15 miles of Allenwood, PA, please sign this petition.
