h. Denying a person access to or the use of, public or private, establishments, facilities, utilities, or services, including housing, open to the general public on the basis of SOGIESC:

2. PARENTS

Nakasaad sa: SOGIE BILL SECTION 2 (page 2) and 5

(3) However, in case of vioiation of the rights of the child, the doctrine of parens patriae shall apply. In all matters, the best interest and evolving capacities of the child shall be paramount.

l. Preventing a child under parental authority, custody, or guardianship, whether court-appointed or otherwise, from exhibiting or expressing one's SOGIESC; or manifesting rejection of such child's SOGIESC by inflicting or threatening to inflict bodily or physical harm against the child or by causing mental or emotional suffering of the child through intimidation, harassment, public ridicule or humiliation, verbal abuse, or other similar means, or in general, commit any act or omission prejudicial to the welfare and interest of the child;

3. RELIGION

a. Promoting and encouraging stigma on the basis of SOGIESC in the media, in educational textbooks, and other medium.

4. CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS, OR OTHER RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS
Nag-enroll ang isang transgender, LGBTQ+ at hindi siya tinanggap dahil sa religious belief ng school na ang school ay para lamang sa biological women and man then ang school will be punished or pwedeng kasuhan under the SOGIE BILL, or may mga hindi naman religious related ang school, may rules and regulations lang na dapat sundin.

5. BUSINESSES AND ESTABLISHMENTS
Halimbawa ang business mo ay more on sa mga kasal at ang prinsipyo mo na ang kasal ay sagrado at para lang sa women and men. Then may nag ask ng service mo na magpapakasal ang dalawang lalaki at hindi mo tinanggap ang request nila, then p'wede ka nila kasuhan agad under SOGIE BILL.

6. NEWBORN BABY

7. ALL KINDS OF LICENSES AND DOCUMENTS.

Pwede na silang kumuha ng kahit na anong klaseng license kahit pa marrige certificates and license na magpapatunay ng legalities para sa rights nila to execute on their own.

Nakasaad sa: SECTION 5

g. Denying an application for or revoking a professional or other similar kind of license, clearance, certification, or any other similar document. Issued by the government due to the applicant's SOGIESC;

Let us obey God rather than people.

WALA NA TAYO NG FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

MAS LALONG TATAS ANG BILANG NG HIV CASES.

Maraming pamilya ang masisira.

Mawawala ang kultura ng pagiging isang Pinoy.

Maaapektohan ang Straight Community.

ITO ANG MGA BATAS PARA SA LAHAT NA MASASAGASAAN DAHIL SA SOGIE BILL.
