Property update across the street at Lindsay and Germann. Krista V and I have been working hard behind the scenes with the developers and have created lots of solutions for traffic mitigation: roundabouts at light onto Germann, traffic routing signs on site for trucks, one way curbing, set backs, public walkthrough, additional turn lanes off Lindsay into and out of the property and the best of ALL- a legal list of CC&Rs for appropriate and excluded uses on this property (They gave us everything we wanted and more). The final CC&Rs outline all “normal light industrial” uses by zoning and puts restrictions and exclusions on its uses. These CC&Rs are amazing and will follow the property. Lots of work and mutual cohoesion was required to find the best possible outcome for all our residents and yet meet the city and builders objectives. The CC&Rs are not public yet but the proposal is now out for the city planning. You may get notice soon but the vote at city council will be Nov 15, 2022.
