As students we're not happy with how our institution is handling the matter of Private Accommodation,  we would very much appreciate it, if we were to be allowed to find the accommodation by ourselve , as we're the ones who will be residing in those accommodations and we're also the ones who knows our reasons for for leaving res life and what our preferences are when it comes to the accommodation one wants for themselves.

We're against accredited private accommodation as we feel like the institution will fail to find accommodations that will be comfortable for all students as we have different reasons and circumstances for going for private accommodation rather than res life.

Another thing is some students had already found accommodation for themselves and they're owing the landlords as it is , should this process of accredited private accommodation goes through what will become of these students, because they went ahead to look for accommodation by themselves as they wanted to be closer to the institution as the classes had already began and some students had practicals while others were attending on campus.
