It is in the news lately that a Davao City Councilor wants to reduce the maximum speed at the Davao City Diversion Road (official name -  C.P. Garcia Highway) from the current very slow 60 kph to an even slower 40 kph.

If approved, this will be the slowest 6-lane highway in the world!!!
