Bayer is attempting to shield itself from billions in liabilities by moving lawsuits tied to its cancer-causing Roundup product into a shell company—then bankrupting it.

This maneuver is not justice. It’s manufactured corporate impunity.

Victims deserve their day in court. Corporations must not be allowed to buy a separate set of rules.
