TWTBD gave us just one week. Don't waste time!! E-mail and call your friends and neighbors! Keep sending e-mails to your representatives -- Precinct 3 Commissioner Noack. They need to know you are committed to an alternative to this project.

WRUD projected to spend $7 million dollars on this project. Meeting agenda from just last month: September 24, 2018, agenda. Notice items 3c and 4. [Item 3c is an update for BOTH intersections with Grogan's Mill (Lake Woodlands and Research Forest). Yet, Item 4 is the status of the H-GAC grant application for Research Forest, only.] If the WRUD is going to address congestion at Lake Woodlands and Grogan's Mill, why is it not asking for funds from H-GAC. Wouldn't a larger-scale mobility project enhance project scoring? The answer is: yes. Then, why only Research Forest?
Notice some of the members on the WRUD are also on the Township Board and County Commissioners' Court. Please e-mail each WRUD member before Monday's meeting (10/22/18). As soon as the site is back online, information will be updated.
