Sincere thanks to Chairman Gordy Bunch for being willing to take a second look at this proposal.  Today's e-mails were met with professionalism and objective analysis from The Township Board of Directors.  (At least one other Director, J. A. Your October 17, 2018, agenda states a call for proposals will close on 10/31/18.  Should a request for funding of an underpass (or overpass) at Research Forest and Grogan's Mill in The Woodlands, TX (Montgomery County), come before the Technical Advisory Committee or the Transportation Policy Council, I oppose this project.  Opposition is based upon concerns regarding flooding and the cost of this individual project, as well as environmental and quality of life impacts.
