Investigated for Sex Abuse!!

The charging documents said he’s had 42 children placed in his home and “has three minor foster children currently.” An officer also wrote, “Children’s Division has previously found proof by a preponderance of evidence that the suspect has sexually abused 3 minor children in his home.” They knew he was charged with sex abuse before putting children their. After a decade of sexual abuse Ronald Gram was sentenced to 10 yrs this year.  Prosecutor stated DFS of Lincoln county ignored its own findings and warnings of crimes committed by two different foster parents which could have stopped abuse years earlier. Brenda Deutsch had foster kids for two decades and there was 250 hotline calls on her going back 10 years but nothing was ever done children's division just kept giving her more kids to abuse she is no charged with three felony counts of neglect child abuse and child endangerment it wasn't until a school looked into absence something was done. 

I know of several more cases where they have taken children from good homes and put them in sex offender homes they're supposed to be protecting them. If they're not helping them who is?

My children were illegally taken from me by the Children's Division of Lincoln County, Missouri. There was no evidence against me; instead, the case worker fabricated lies, and even the judge concluded that the case worker was not credible and had deliberately lied. She committed perjury on the stand, but despite this, my children were taken away. This tragic experience is not unique to me; it is a widespread issue that needs immediate attention.

In Lincoln County, the Children's Division is tasked with protecting our children, yet they are failing them, and us, in the most appalling ways. They are aware of children who are being abused and molested and do nothing to protect them. While innocent families are torn apart, these vulnerable children are removed from safe homes and placed into environments with known sex offenders. This is not just a grave injustice but an outright violation of civil rights and laws.

It is time for the state of Missouri to intervene. We demand a thorough investigation into the practices of the Lincoln County Children’s Division. Those who are guilty of misconduct must be held accountable, and those impacted by their wrongdoings deserve justice. The safety and well-being of our children cannot be compromised by negligence and corrupt practices.
