Stop allowing the Drug Addicted Women walk away from giving birth to sick babies that are brought into the world to suffer due to selfishness of the mother by continuing to consume drugs, not respecting the life and health of that unborn baby, Then giving birth to a sick child that will have health and developmental problems all of there life with out being charged for anything, women like that should be charged with a crime and do time, repetitive offense should do time but also be mandated to have a permanent birth control solution in place.
