We deserve someone who will treat us with the respect that we have earned. We all have been working very hard, and it’s become a stressful environment to be in with her constant pressure. She gets stressed too but there is no reason she could take it out on us. This isn’t about kicking her out of the Director spot, it’s about getting her to be nicer to the people that work endlessly to try to reach her standards.
