Millions of elderly Americans are being exploited and abused because they cannot appoint their own guardian/conservator. In many states this power of God is given to probate court judges and acts to create a corrupt system where the elderly are exploited and abused to gain power and control over their income, benefits, and property. The result is the destruction of families making elderly wards of the state, maintaining and supporting the doctrine of "Segregation Forever" as preached by George C. Wallace. We the people urge all representatives to support No Elder Abuse & Exploitation by enacting legislation that empowers every person to specify, designate, and appoint their own guardian/conservator.

Petition for No Elder Exploitation & Abuse

The undersigned hereby petition our representatives to adopt legislation which empowers each person to appoint their own guardian/conservator.

The elderly and incapacitated are being exploited and abused by probate court judges and a corrupt system which takes power and control of individuals by making them wards of the state destroying families in the process. 

Often probate judges take power and control over a person's income, benefits and property and use this as a means to support and maintain the "Segregation Forever" doctrine preached by George C. Wallace.  This is done through an established network of segregated nursing homes, good buddy lawyers, and administrators who have a history of bigotry, prejudice and/or hatred toward blacks, asians, American Indians, or other racial or religious minorities. 

The system is corrupt because it makes the elderly support segregated institutions.  Helpless and incapacitated individuals are being forced to support "Segregation Forever" by a corrupt system designed to take everything away from them, including their freedom to control their own lives and fate, at a time when they are helpless to stand up and fight for their own freedom, liberty and right to appoint their own guardian-conservator.

We ask our representatives to adopt legislation which will end this practice of "Segregation Forever" in all nursing homes and/or health care facilities by empowering each person to specify, designate and appoint their own guardian-conservator; that this be made retroactive for anyone who has been made a ward of the state and previously nominated a guardian-conservator via Durable Power of Attorney signed after 1990.

We ask that every citizen who is sound of mind be given the power to control their own fate before they become incapacitated by being able to appoint their own guardia-conservator who may be a family member or other trusted person, that this power NOT be given to probate court judges because it breeds and fosters corruption and the establishment and maintenance of a "Segregated Forever" doctrine and institutions given all income, benefits and property of people is taken away from them and used to support such segregated institutions, which is a violation of each persons civil rights at a time when they are helpless to speak out against such violation.  This constitues an extreme violation of civil rights for everyone who has been so exploited and abused.

Through support of this petition we believe that a more perfect union will be established where each citizen is empowered to control their own life and destiny, that thus their own belief in God and country will not be darkened nor corrupted by those who have a different idea, belief or view of humanity.
