Not Deal with the Terrorist Government in Iran

There have been several indications in recent weeks that the United States and Iran are trying to reach an interim and unofficial nuclear deal that would provide Iran with significant financial windfall and circumvent U.S. legal requirements for congressional review.

We, the undersigned Citizens, believe the release of any frozen Iranian funds would supercharge the Iranian regime’s terror efforts in killing innocent people and children in Iran and the Middle East region, and support for Russia’s war against Ukraine, rather than being used for humanitarian aid for people in Iran.

The Regime in Iran never stood behind their promises in prior nuclear talks,  nor they will stand behind their current “Understanding” or “Deal” agreement with US and European countries.

1. We hereby request President Biden and US Government to stop  release of any funding to the Islamic Republic of Iran and any  agreement – formal or informal – with the regime in Iran be  submitted for Congressional review pursuant to the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act (INARA).
2. Support the people of Iran and not the terrorist oppressors in Iran.
3. Stop allowing Islamic Government sympathizers like NIAC to
   influence the U.S. Government policies.
