All residents are directly affected. 

The main objections are:
(1) Pollution from Kitchen emissions (commercial kitchens are one of the largest contributors to air pollution in the borough) 
(2) Noise pollution from the kitchen and the sound of mopeds speeding and zooming across the area
(3) Hazards for pedestrians caused by moped drivers, speeding and driving along pavements and in pedestrian zones  
(4) Lack of community benefit and impact on local and high streets cafes and restaurants.
