On June 2, 2014 Evan Schuessler murdered 3 year old Emma Krueger. On June 4, 2014 she was taken off life support. According to court documents, Evan tortured & abused Emma for at least 30 days before her death. On the final day of her life, Evan severely beat her unconscious & laid her in her bed to suffer for hours while he text a friend about plans for the evening & took a nap. He plead guilty to 2nd degree intentional murder & intentional torture of a child under 18 & accepted a plea deal of 14 years, to date Evan has only served 8 years of his 14 year sentence.  Evan Schuessler has applied for clemency with the state of Kansas. His sentence was already too short for the crime he committed & he should NOT be granted clemency or early release from prison.
