Purpose

K.K. Slider, born Totakeke Slider, has been providing world-class entertainment with his music since 2001. His presence brings consistent joy to the Animal Crossing series and their villagers, mayors, and islanders. Moreover, the commentary Mr. Slider has provided on life, friendship, freedom, and the entertainment industry has changed the forefront of many lives. The musical genius of this pup is being more and more celebrated every day. Thousands of musical covers have been made in is honor and vocal tone. Most recently, many have shown their love for the jack russell by donning some of their favorite albums with his silhouette. With his consistent rise in popularity, it is only fair that Nintendo give their millions of fans what they truly want: a live K.K. Slider concert. This petition, is to show Nintendo how much K.K. Slider deserves his own concert, and how much support it would get worldwide. 

Feasibility 

As we all know, Vocaloid and virtual pop stars have been able to perform live for a while now. Hatsune Miku, arguably the most popular Vocaloid of all time, has been performing live since 2010 and would have been performing at the canceled but esteemed Coachella 2020, deeming the technology to be feasible. A more compelling argument proves itself in the form of an actual K.K. Slider Live in the "Off the Hook" Concert at the Nintendo Live Kyoto 2019. Most unfortunately, this was only an opener and only lasted about 3.5 minutes. This important information shows that Nintendo can have K.K. Slider in a live performance, but also understands his popularity. This brings us to other factors that may stop Nintendo, such as timing. K.K. Slider has a repertoire of nearly 100 songs, more than plenty to fill an hour concert. Many fans have already compiled some of the most popular, or favorite songs to showcase how feasible in timing a live concert could be. Understandably, money is always a large concern to do with creating concerts such as these. Luckily for Nintendo, even if they hadn't had an incredibly successful last quarter​, (Financial Highlights), they have many conventions and companies that would jump at the opportunity to partner in hosting such a live concert. Anime Expo Los Angeles, for example, has an impressive history in partnership with companies to hold concerts for groups such as Love Live. As one can see, the risk for Nintendo to create a true live concert for K.K. Slider is not very high. 

Conclusion

K.K. Slider is a musical artist that touches hearts, upholds freedom, and creates magic. Though the love of fans has brought his voice to many songs and put his face on many albums, he deserves more. Tell Nintendo that you want a K.K. Slider concert. It is feasible, supported, and K.K. Slider deserves the ability to bring his music around the world.
