With Gameless Key Cards, it has NO DATA, and it only has a code for the game to download, and there’s where the problem lies. What if the OLD E-shop shuts down ENTIRELY? Then you can’t play the game you wanna play like 30-40 years from now, and the cartridges themselves will become E-WASTE!! I TRULY THINK Nintendo introducing those E-shop game cards on the Switch 2 is A BIG MISTAKE and one that Nintendo should STOP and FORGET ABOUT DOING in the future. I hope this idea FAILS and people should get the ACTUAL GAMES loaded on a physical cartridge, not have a blank one with ONLY a code loaded to get a game from the E-Shop and the rest of the card is AIR. It’ll become E-WASTE once Nintendo stops supporting the Switch 2 A DECADE OR 2 from now.
