In honor of Shrek's 20th Anniversary which was yesterday, we ask Nintendo and Masahiro Sakurai of Smash Ultimate to add Shrek as an official fighter or at least a DLC in Smash Ultimate. Shrek has been an icon for soo long that we fans dreamed of him using him to fight against all the characters in that roster. Shrek had been proven to be soo OP as a fighter that he would be a worthy opponent for any character he could fight against. Funniest thing I thought of, just imagine what Kirby would look like after inhaling Shrek, and we need to see what would happen with that in Smash. Shrek not only is a great fighter, but an icon that deserves to be celebrated, and adding him to Smash would be the best way to do it. We ask Nintendo and Sakurai to add Shrek on May 18, 2021, which marks the official date of Shrek's release in theatres worldwide. On behalf of every Nintendo and Smash Ultimate fan in the world, please add Shrek to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his film.
