It’s been years since Mario Paint first came out in 1992 for the SNES. There were sequels of it for the N64 and N64DD that never left Japan, Mario no Photopi, and the interoperable suite, Mario Artist, Paint Studio, Talent Studio, Polygon Studio, and Communication Kit. I’m thinking that these games need Switch or next-gen Nintendo console remakes, with a mouse, and with HD graphics, local multiplayer, and online multiplayer. I think they should hire multiple composers to remake/arrange the music from every game and compose new music for every game, and one of those composers should be Kazumi Totaka. I hope these remakes will be released, not only in Japan, but in the West and the East, as well. Here's a couple of things I’d like to see in these remakes:

- Minigames: Make new minigames for each of these remakes, and bring back Gnat Attack for both Mario Paint and Mario Artist: Paint Studio. For Paint Studio's Gnat Attack, they should bring back the unused music from the Paint Studio prototype. For Polygon Studio, they should replace Sound Bomber with WarioWare.

- Tutorials: Each game should have opening tutorials for the first time you start up these games, like in Super Mario Maker 1 and 2. There should also be other tutorials for these games, like in Super Mario Maker 1 and 2. Players should also be allowed to replay these tutorials at anytime, in case we forget how to use the features for these games.

- Features: Add new features for these games, especially sharing, like in Super Mario Maker 1 and 2. For sharing, players should be able to share their creations, especially on social media, like YouTube, Twitter, etc., and players should also be able to download and view other people’s creations, like in Super Mario Maker 1 and 2.

The Mario Paint remake should be co-developed by Nintendo and Intelligent Systems, the Mario no Photopi remake should be co-developed by Nintendo and Tokyo Electron, and the Mario Artist: Paint Studio remake should be co-developed by Nintendo and either one of Nintendo's western dev studios or a western indie dev studio. I wonder which 3D graphics software developer they’ll get to co-develop the Mario Artist: Polygon Studio remake with Nintendo? They should also make Mario Paint 2 and a sequel to Talent Studio. Mario Paint 2 should be co-developed by Nintendo, Intelligent Systems, whichever western dev studio co-develops the Mario Artist: Paint Studio remake, and whichever 3D graphics software developer co-develops the Mario Artist: Polygon Studio remake, and it should have features from Mario Paint, Mario Artist: Paint Studio, Mario Artist: Polygon Studio, and Super Mario Maker 1 and 2, and the Talent Studio sequel should have features from Mario Artist: Talent Studio and Super Mario Maker 1 and 2. Oh! And Nintendo should also bring back Mii games and make more Mii games.
