The mother series feels so empty without Mother 3. It wouldn't be too hard to release it on The Virtual Console as all that is needed is to translate it and release it. I'm a huge Earthbound fan and if they were to release it on Virtual console I would be so happy. So I believe this would be a fun way to help make fans of Mother in America feel as if they were not neglected. Thanks.
