Hello, my name is Charlie and I’m a regular Animal Crossing player.

As a fan I have been searching high and low for any merchandise of my favourite game, but being in Australia there isn’t much you can get. So that’s why I’m petitioning for the Build-A-Bear company to make Animal Crossing plushies available. There are two reasons why this should happen.

One, it gives places outside of Asia a place to get merchandise of their favourite franchise without having to buy it off some shady internet dealer, and two, not only would it be fun for the player, but Nintendo and Build-A-Bear would also benefit greatly from it, in a financial point of view, as there are so many people the plushies would appeal to.

And it doesn’t have to just be aimed at players.

Imagine a little kid walking through the mall, when they suddenly spot a cute plush dog on display. They would adore it.

There has been several references to the plushies by Build-A-Bear themselves on Twitter, but hopefully if this petition is signed by enough people we can make the plushies a reality.

It wouldn’t take too much for Nintendo to make this a reality as they have already collaborated with Build-A-Bear in the past by making Pokémon and Super Mario plushies.
