Fire Emblem: Fates has been censored for western release, but nobody has asked for this censorship. It never really posed a problem. From the words of a representative of Nintendo, "You might have heard somewhat misinterpreted or exaggerated information about the Japanese original game, but even in the Japanese original version, we have not included any features which are considered inappropriate in Japan." I believe that Nintendo of America has seen recently how a certain group of people are too sensitive and whiney when it comes to games that allow interaction on this level, and are changing it to dodge that bullet.
