Animal Crossing New Horizons came out at a very important time. It has more customization options than ever, and we all have lots of spare time at the moment, so naturally people have started to make absolutely gorgeous islands, where the location of everything is meticulously planned out. However, there is one big problem.

Almost every building is movable to almost any location. However, the most important and large building can’t be moved! This throws a wrench in many peoples plans for their islands, and can make the game experience and planning far more frustrating. I, for example, wanted to create a grand entrance for my island, however I can’t because my resident services can’t be moved and it is both too close to the airport and not centered. Almost everyone agrees: Nintendo needs to allow us to move resident services!

Resident services being immovable has been enough to make people restart their islands. This is something that can, and needs to be changed!
