Appealing to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the MD/CEO of Livelihood Homes Ltd owners of Blue Sea Estates Dr Kelly Nwogu for defrauding Nigerians in Rivers State, Lagos State etc for selling Landed Properties without allocating the Lands to the Purchasers since 2015.

Dear citizens of Nigeria,

Let’s make our country better by signing this petition to compel the EFCC to investigate and prosecute MD/CEO of Livelihood Homes Ltd owners of (Blue Sea Estates Dr Kelly Nwogu) and help to bring to book other fake properties vendor for contravening Nigeria, Criminal Code Section 419. The sum of 2.6million was paid to them for 5plots of lands but till date, neither the land nor was a refund made to us (my wife and I and my inlaws). Please don’t say ‘e no concern me’, or ‘leave matter’. We as Nigerians must stop confusing cynicism for wisdom. If we do not fight for our country, who will?
