Another corruption in Fresno, Is the "Honorable" Judge Gary L. Green.

He has "Legally", Illegally, removed or denied reunification to Native American parents who have worked hard and have proven that they are capable of taking care of their children.

  1. He has ignored NICWA rights and freedoms of Native American Parents who have been the sole providers to their Native American children and have over come a lot to become better parents only to be denied reunification because of a racist Judge.
  2. He will not look at the supporting evidence that will ultimately allow Native American Children to go back with there Native American Parents who have provided the hard work earned to regain full custody and deserving reunification and will give away Native American children to non-native families who will get attached to Your/ Our Native American children and will push court dates further in knowing that newborns who turn 6 months old can potentially get adopted without implementing your NICWA rights and freedoms granted to Native American parents, he is a bad judge, there are many cases like these and he continues to pass unethical judgement.

Please, don't let this judge stay judge.

Please ,have him removed.

  • legal ethics may be the least of the problems with the “Sitting While Black” case, as now evidence has surfaced showing further racism and unfairness in the handling of the criminal proceedings, after a racist note was left in the case file by Commisioner Gary Green, resorting to racist name-calling, and referring to Brazilian-Black Dr. Glass as, “a hothead who didn’t want to stip to a Commissioner.”

The fact a D.A. would sign-off on this, might be found to be a violation of legal ethics, and could lead to disbarment under Rule 3.8, California Rules of Professional Conduct."

Historically, Latinos are often racially attacked and called names like "hot-head" or "spicy Latino.
