Hi there people. My name is Aaron Sawtelle. Back in 2008, Me and my family went to Universal Studios Florida and we had the best time. During my time in Florida, I went on the Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast ride twice. However while we walking our way to the theme park, I saw the Blue Men Group Theatre, and when I saw it, I always wonder what the Nickelodeon Studios was before the theatre. Well lucky for me, I found the information of the studio.

Back in 1988, Nickelodeon joined the Universal Studios Florida team to make their very first production studio and two years... later in 1990, the studio had finally opened! During the course of the decade which was the 1990s, people visited the studio and even attended some of the live-recordings of the game shows and live-action sitcoms that Nickelodeon Studios had to offer, and guess what?! They had the time of their lives! That's what being a kid was all about, having the time of your life and Nickelodeon Studios had made their childhood complete, and not to mention the gift shop that they also had!

In the 2000s, Nickelodeon Studios started having a decline in visitors and it was losing more than half of it's business and it didn't help that the studio was damaged by Hurricane Charley back in 2004. And finally, the studio closed down in 2005 to make way for the Blue Man Group theatre.

Now as you can see, I am a fan of Nickelodeon. I love the old shows like Rugrats, Jimmy Neutron, Danny Phantom, Avatar, iCarly, Big Time Rush, Victorious and Sam and Cat, and I also love the new shows like SpongeBob, Fairly OddParents, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, and Harvey Beaks. However, I discover that a lot of 90's Nickelodeon fans actually miss the studio and would give anything to see it open again.

It's unfair that they would actually destroy a piece of our childhood, and to prove how much it's missed: I've seen alot of people on YouTube that have been making ALOT of tribute videos to Nickelodeon Studios and it's brought so many people to tears! I actually think the kids of today would also enjoy Nickelodeon Studios, because it really is about being a kid! Just knowing that you're at an actual studio that films your favourite game shows and live-action sitcoms would make your life complete, and that's why I think the kids of today would enjoy it!

And that's where I come in. Since that new Nicktoons Crossover movie is coming soon. I decided to put this petition together to bring back Nickelodeon Studios. My goal is to show Universal Studios Florida AND Nickelodeon that there are people out there who actually miss the studio and would give anything to have that studio back (of course with the original logo!) , for the sake of our childhoods and the kids of today's childhoods!

Don't just do it for yourself, do it for people who are still kids today, do it for people who aren't born yet, do it for people you won't even meet! Kids deserve a great childhood and I know the re-opening of this studio will be a success.
