Dear Nickelodeon,

This is an earnest plea from a desperate parent and an amazingly resilient five year old girl to continue production on Bubble Guppies. My daughter, Solana, was diagnosed with moderate to severe autism almost two years ago. From the time she has been a year old she has fixated on Bubble Guppies and it is the only show she will watch. Solana is non-verbal, however, she mimics sounds, words, phrases and songs from Guppies on a daily basis. Thus far, Bubble Guppies has been paramount in my ability to connect with my daughter. Watching her face light up when a brand new episode begins to play is an amazing feeling. Very few things elicit a genuine sense of happiness from Solana.

We are not alone in our love for Bubble Guppies. There are thousands of fans all over the world who adore the Guppies. Please reconsider the cancellation of this amazing show and continue to enrich the lives of our children with a brand new season of episodes!
