In the United Kingdom sex education has become a prominent subject that is discussed a lot in secondary and even primary schools. This is because people want young people to be educated about sex so that they can be safe when they are of age. Unfortunately sex education only covers the education of straight students and does not instruct LGBT teens on how to have safe sex.
