the 9anchors  are looking for your help For a beer garden smoking area but need planning to agree to this. we are wanting to use the waste land at the side of the 9 anchors we will be doing all the work and the upkeep of maintenance this would be secured by a perimeter fence. 

this has been rejected  and we are planning on appealing against the decision We would like to propose a big garden and smoking area at the side with a perimeter fence and CCTV And disabled access for the locals to use. 
this would increase our capacity Iat these extremely hard times due to social distancing.

this would also benefit the residents allow the smoking at the side and not the front of the premises.
