It encourages anonymous abuse of the Ingress terms of service, as one cannot accurately record the violating agent's name. Example agent names are usually composed of uppercase i's and lowercase L's, the so called Ilegion or bartoads uses this pattern as the Ingress font does not allow you to easily distinguish the two.
