Pokemon GO to have the same S2 cells as Ingress

The Issue

All of Niantic's games used a S2 cell system to determine the location of their main point of interest (Pokestop, Portal) on a map. Currently, Pokemon GO uses a S17 cell level to determine the amount of POI in the given area compared to the other games which uses a different cell level. The difference between the cell levels are that a S17 cell has a bigger area coverage compared to their other games. All of their games share the same POI database.

You are only allowed to add one POI per S2 cells (ie: one POI per S17 cells in Pokemon GO). This means you are only allow to submit fewer POI through Pokemon GO due to it using a larger S17 cell level.  This is a problem as you can't share two POI in a S17 cells if there is 1 POI already existing within the S17 cell, which can result on certain POI submitted through Pokemon GO to not appear in game but only through their other games.
This can result with other players working hard to submit a POI through Pokemon GO to only have it accepted for their other games but not to appear in Pokemon GO. This can lead people to ultimately fake POI locations edits just to avoid the S2 cell difference issues. The Pokemon GO community shouldn't be faking the location just to have their simple Pokestop appearing in the game and their submission work to be hidden from appearing. People even submit the same POI that only appears in their other games, which can waste their submission on submitting an existing POI that doesn't even appear in Pokemon GO. I hope this would avoid the excluding of the Pokemon GO community from their submissions work and to make people's POI submission to appear in their game.

Niantic please change the Pokemon GO S2 cell system to match with the current Ingress S2 cells level. Stop excluding us from our own submission.
