The City of Niagara Falls has a outdated law that states Honey Bees are a farm animal, thus not allowed with in the city limits of Niagara Falls. The Scientific Community say Honey Bees are insects not farm animals.

I would like to get the powers that be to change this law to allow Bee Keepers to have from 1 to 4 bee hives on their city of Niagara Falls properties.  The minimum amount should be no less than 2 bee hives as this is needed to help Bee Keepers to access the health of the Hives.

Please help us change this law as Honey Bees are in great danger and are in decline because pesticides that are being used on our farm land.  Honey Bees are very important to the pollination of all the foods we eat everyday, so having more bee hives is of great need everywhere.
