The current dress code policy seems to apply unevenly and disproportionately affects female students. There appear to be inconsistencies, such as differing standards for shirt lengths and exemptions for certain styles, which can create confusion and perceptions of unfairness. Shirts are supposed to be “touching your pants”, but girls walk around with belly button rings out and sports bras. Tank tops are a common reason for girls being dress coded, but guys can wear them all the time. If a skinny girl and a curvy girl wear the same outfit, 90% of the time the bigger one will be targeted. That is sexual harassment. Practice body positivity and hold men to the same standards.
