Opposition to Banks' proposals for Dewley Hill is growing.

Concerned parties will meet in Throckley Community Hall (Back Victoria Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 9EL) at 7pm this Thursday, 7th March.

There will be representatives from a number of relevant organisations among concerned residents.

The meeting will provide the opportunity to hear accounts of the impact of opencast mining and to ask questions and share views.
