Throughout Kyle Hodson's time as AD, he has continued to show how ineffective he is at his job, and how he lacks relationships and struggles to connect with NHS student-athletes. He is very disliked by many individuals including coaches, players, parents, and even his own staff. We need someone in this position who will take pride in this job and work on building strong relationships with Co-Workers, Coaches, and student athletes.
