Robert Etheridge, also known as DJ Dimension entered New Zealand to perform concerts over summer.

He is not a citizen or resident. He arrived in New Zealand on December 16, and completed seven days in MIQ, to be followed by three days of home isolation.

During home isolation, he was required to take a final COVID-19 test and receive a negative result before entering the community. Instead, he breached COVID-19 protocols and law by entering the community before his self-isolation ends. He has since received a positive result for COVID-19 and the Omicron Variant.

This is the first Omicron Variant and will most likely spread rapidly through-out New Zealand. Affecting the economy and more importantly lives of many New Zealanders.

The list of locations he visited is throughout Auckland night-clubs and other venues. As well as flaunting his rule-breaking on Instagram and Twitter on Waiheke Island, these posts have now been deleted.

Specifically under 32P and any other relevant charges. 

New Zealanders deserve justice and respect.
