New Zealand and New Zealanders have suffered significant personal losses both economically in their ability to house feed and provide for themselves and their families, and suffered physically and mentally due to the out break of covid19.

I call on our government and our PM Jacinda Ardern to join international states in legal actions against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) who have been identified by many nations including the United States of America and Australia as responsible for not notifying the Wotld Health Organisation and other sovereign states of the existence of, and ability to transmit from human to human, of covid19.

It is the responsibility of any sovereign state government to look after the welfare and wellbeing of its citizens in the first instance, and this course of action is imperative to do so. It should not befall the taxpayers of New Zealand to pick up the cost of this virus and the consequences there of.
