Any other items on the May agenda will be discussed at a future meeting, if necessary.

The proposal would potentially:

Disturb steep slopes, increasing runoff, flooding, and erosion risks for surrounding homes.

Disrupt wildlife habitat and permanently alter the character of the neighborhood.

Add a new road off of Harwick road, impacting traffic flow and impacting safety
