Planet fitness’s Chatham location has the most members out of any planet fitness in the Chicagoland area and only has 2 Stairmaster machines in the entire club in addition to a large majority of the machines in the Chatham location are out of date in comparison to the machines I see at locations further north in the Chicagoland area. I propose that Planet Fitness removes 4 treadmills from their Chatham location and replace them with 4 Stairmaster machines. I see this as a more effective way for planet fitness to utilize the copious amount of square footage in the club because any patron of the club will tell you that the two Stairmasters that are currently in the club aren't sufficient because they are always occupied. I believe that the addition of new Stairmasters and the removal of some older treadmills will give club members who don't normally have an opportunity to utilize the machine a chance to do so and will make the club more appealing to potential new customers. As I stated initially this location is Planet Fitness's largest location as far as membership is concerned, in the entire Chicagoland area it is only logical to see that the machines are being used at a much higher frequency than a typical Chicagoland Planet Fitness, so at the root of this petition I want the planet fitness on 83rd street to receive the same attention and care as those on the north side.
